Peak Environment has extensive experience that we utilize to provide cost-effective and high quality mold remediation projects for environmentally-distressed properties. The Michigan foreclosure market is booming with investors siezing the opportunity to purchase properties for pennies-on-the-dollar. Often, the biggest obstacle to purchasing and/or redeveloping an environmentally-distressed property is a lack of understanding regarding poor air quality issues.

Teaming up with the experts at Peak Environment will give you the piece-of-mind when making a purchase. Whether the property is a small home or an estate sized property, Peak Environment has the expertise and experience to produce accurate and logical remediation project plans.
