At the Damage Site   

    •     Identify items to be cleaned & Scope the Loss
    •     Video Record all Work
    •     Inventory Catalog Service on Site, Tag, Wrap, Box, Transport to Peak  
    •     Transportation of all Items will Protect Contents during Restoration Activity
 

At the Peak Plant

    •     Damaged contents are assessed by Peak, inspected by insured and/or insurance adjuster
    •     Any items required immediately are separated out and cleaned
    •     All items are assessed to determine the type of cleaning is required
    •     Items that can restored are cleaned using the latest techniques
    •     Furniture and clothing are treated for complete deodorization
    •     Cleaned items are packed in secure containers and returned to customer

Peak Environment will assign a point of contact to ensure you the safe keeping and cleaning of all items involved in the damage. Constant contact is key through this process to help identify items that will be claimed or saved. Peak Environment can help unpack and relocate furniture and other items to the original location.
